I got 100% first try.    

When I was a 911 dispatcher, this type of test is one they administered during the application process.  Only it was all on paper and there hundreds of tries… you did as many as you could in the time frame that was alloted, then moved on to the next section.  Which was more of the same… only they would reverse them!  One time you’d be looking for the COLOR not the word (as in this test) and the next time you’d be looking for the WORD, not the color.  Talk about making your brain work overtime!      They called it a “distraction” test.
