I like it, Paul ! Here in the UK, Cheltenham council have, under Health and Safety regulations, stopped their employees from planting their traditional flower beds under avenues of trees in future- apparently this is now regarded as dangerous, perchance it could result in sprained wrists due to contacting a tree root with the trowel. Diddums !!
