aaaargh!
I’m suffering from severe anxiety and internet withdrawal. Our power and telephone went out two days ago. Although we got electricity back yesterday our telephone and dsl was just restored today.

Oh my goodness…. are you ok now?
It’s a bummer, isn’t it Paul ? I recently got no response from my Broadband, and it turned out that a thing called a “packet” at the local exchange had blown, kicking of 10 subscribers including me. I only found this out, though, after swapping cables, plugs and even my router. None of the other subscribers had reported a problem; no surprise, because the route to doing this was available only to someone (i.e. retired wrinkly) with the time to weave through the various call centre geeks.
Yeah… that’s not cool…
