hahaha,,, you know,, sometimes i think thats true,, well,, by bulk,, ive gone several times and tried this brand and that brand of already made hamburger patties,, some claiming to be 100% sirloin,, some claiming to be 100% this kind of cow or that kind of cow,,, the only ones i can find that taste like hamburger are the ones i have to buy at the regular market and i have to put the patties together,,, the others taste like they are made out of something else,,, they arent too good either,,, i dont care what they say theyre made out of. that being mexico tho,,
ive also found them in the us,,, wall mart i believe it was,,, i thought,, wow,, thats a good price,, and 100% beef. may have been,,, but it tasted like spam.
now i dont hunt,, id make a mess of the butchering and would have to throw the whole mess away,, been there done that with rabbit,,, it aint easy butchering raw material,,, i do appreciate it tho when the markets start with the real raw material,, and not something made in china….
This reminds me of the Japanese Oak timber supplies we used to have delivered to our Woodwork Dept. at the school I taught at.
